What was it like to lead?
I was Creative Director on LOVE.exe, and it allowed me to put my design experience and knowledge to use.
My position and experience with design and documentation allowed me to rally our team behind a clear vision of how we wanted our final product to look and feel. With a firm direction established, we were able to work efficiently and effectively, meeting and even exceeding our deadline expectations.
I was blessed to have such a cooperative and effective team. I wouldn't have been able to lead as effectively without their support and contribution.

CONTRIBUTIONS
Hands-on Approach
Since I'd grown much more accustomed to working in Unity game engine in the past year, I was outputting more for this game than I ever had before.
I'd thought being director would take more time away from working on the game proper, but I was almost always working on something.
I had my hands in nearly every part of the game:
